We had our massages on Sunday - but that scratcher does look mighty fine (something to put on our Christmas list).
P.S. re: Quick Time Player - most computers (PC & Mac) have it installed. Maybe your is deactivated? Search you hard drive / applications. You should also be able to download it free from da web.
