Okay, I think all of us blogging cats should start compiling our memoirs because it could make us wealthy! This is Dewey, a rescued cat who lived for 19 years in a library in a small town in Iowa, and his life story has sold for about $1.25 million to Grand Central Publishing!

Wow, I heard about Dewey, because I think he went to the Bridge just a couple of months ago. I hope some of the profits from his life story get donated to a good cause!
Right. Thats it. I am off to start my book, now. Where do I begin? Oh, my life has been so cruel so far..I am sure I would sell millions of copies!

Rocky, do you know about We Are the Kitties? Psychokitty Max's mom helped put togefur bunches of kitty stories into a book cuz she an Max haf written books afore (I fink Max's books haf earned more than hers, but don't mention it).
Mom once met the Catalina Island cat in Avalon an then bought his book. That was long ago, like maybe 1980.

Writing a book is a great idea. Our Food Lady just bought the "We Are The Kitties" book by Psychokitty Max and we are halfway through it. It is terrific and we would certainly like to read your book, Rocky!

Wow! That is a lot of nip and Temptations and Stinky Goodness. I have heard mention of Dewey the cat before, but never knew there was a biography of him.
wow! That was some life story. I can't wait to start on my memoirs... of course, how much I can get will depend upon whether or not I get to be president...
Thanks for mentioning that book! I read about Dewey last year, and i admire him greatly. My human brought home the NY Times, too, but I haven't been able to persuade her to sit down and read the book review to me. She'd better get that book, too, so I can dictate a review.
