Thankful Thursday

We're thankful for so many things this Thursday! First, thank you so much, KC & Missy, for this wonderful award! We think you have a brilliant blog, too, and so do the following kitties -- so we're passing the award on to them: Moki, Adan, and Cheysuli.

Second, we're thankful that we made it through the terrible storm yesterday. Look what it did to our front porch:
And to the park right in front of our house:We're also SO thankful that our friend Mu Shue got a good report after his needle biopsy yesterday! Your purrs and purrayers worked - but keep them coming because Mu Shue has now had an endoscopy and a tissue biopsy, with results coming tomorrow, and he has to see a cardiologist next week for a heart problem.

And we're so very thankful to the anonymous angel who has given Dancer a chance for a good life!

Last, but absolutely not least, we're just too thankful for words for Deb and ML and their good work at Furriends of the Cat Blogosphere. They truly are the best furriends kitties could ever have!

Rocky's To Do List

Rocky: Ah, the power of the purr! Thanks to all of your purrs, I stopped sneezing yesterday and didn't have to go to the v.e.t. after all! (My mom says she thinks I just snorfled a chunk of Lucy furs up my nose.) Today I'm feeling great and I'm back in action, tackling my To Do List for the weekend:First, I want to let you all know that Lucky got lucky!! We found a wonderful home for that great little woofie, and he now has a kitty brother to play with!

Next, I want to remind everyone that you only have until midnight tomorrow to get your raffle tickets for the six terrific signs at Cat Friends Helping Friends. Don't miss out on this one!

Also, do you use Fresh Step Litter? If so, you can collect Paw Points from the boxes and donate them to Cat Friends Helping Friends to help pay vet bills for kitties in need. Grr, Midnight & Cocoa have posted full Paw Points instructions on their blog.

And don't forget all the blogosphere kitty action this weekend:

Weekend Cat Blogging May 17-18 at Chey's Place

Bad Kitty Cats Festival of Chaos May 18 at Bad Kitty Cats Journal

The Carnival of the Cats May 18 right here at Artsy Catsy

Finally, please be sure to check in at the Cat Blogosphere to hear all the latest cat news and to send healing purrs to our kitty friends who aren't feeling well!

Rocky's Sunday Revelations

I got tagged by Mu Shue and Jeter, so I'm taking time out from a busy day organizing hair clips to bare my CEO soul:

A) Four places I have lived:
1. In the woods (for 1 day until I was rescued)

B) Four things I love to watch:
1. Humans making cat bookmarks
2. Humans doing anything
3. Callie (it makes her scream!)
4. Hair clips

1. Behind a door (to jump on Callie)
2. In my human’s armpit while she tries to work
3. Under the sheets while the bed is being made
4. Under the vanity (waiting for the human to drop a hair clip)

Q) Four other "pets" your staff have kept with you:

Okay, time to delegate. Copy this list and paste it into a new post, insert your own answers, pass it on, and leave me a comment. I personally read each of your comments. I’m the CEO, that’s part of my job. Now, some hair clips need my attention …
